埕岛油田钻井过程中的油层保护措施

【摘要】 胜利油区埕岛油田主力含油层系为馆陶组 ,由于胶结疏松 ,地层泥质含量高 ,其中的蒙脱石、绿泥石遇水易膨胀 ,造成地层渗透率下降。实验结果表明 ,MMH正电胶泥浆耐高温 ,抗污染 ,具有良好的悬浮性 ,对粘土的抑制作用极强 ,中性 ,有利于保护水敏性和碱敏性油层 ,钻井实施过程中应优先采用 ;在海水基入井液中添加粘土防膨剂、防腐剂、破乳剂、助排剂可得到性能良好的新井入井液 ;TR - 5屏蔽暂堵保护液负压射孔、螺杆泵和小排量电泵开采等 ,均可减轻对地层的伤害。

【Abstract】 Guantao Formation is the major oil-bearing series in Chengdao oilfield of Shengli petroliferous province. Loose cementing, high clay contents in the formation and the swell of montmorillonite and chlorite by water result in permeability reducing. Experiment results show that mixed metal hydroxide (MMH) mud should be used first in the drilling process for its strong resistance to temperature and fouling, good suspension property, strong inhibition to clay’s swell and its neutrality. This is favorable to protect the water-sensitive and alkali-sensitive oil-bearing formations. Drilling fluid of good performance for new wells can be obtained when anti-swelling agent, anti-corrosive agent, de-emulsifier chemical and cleanup additive of clay is added to seawater-based drilling fluid. In addition, negative pressure perforating using TR-5 screening protective fluid of temporary blocking, production by progressive cavity pump and electric pump of low discharge will all reduce the formation damage.
