助滤剂对铜精矿过滤速率的影响

【摘要】 用比阻法研究助滤剂对铜精矿过滤速率的影响。结果表明 ,具有絮凝作用的高分子絮凝剂、聚氧乙烯高分子表面活性剂可加快过滤速率 ;低分子表面活性剂及具有分散作用的无机助滤剂降低了过滤速率 ;可与铜精矿粒子相互作用的选矿药剂在较低用量时也可加快过滤速率

【Abstract】 The effects of filtering aids on the copper concentrate filtering rate are studied by means of specific resistivity of cake The results show that filtering rate is increased by high molecular polymer flocculants and surfactants, and is decreased by dispersants such as the low molecular polymer surfactants and the inorganic filtering aids, and filtering rate is increased by floatation reagents in low dosage
