铝电解槽气动打壳机的研制

【摘要】 在地爬式打壳机的基础上 ,设计铝电解槽全机械化气动打壳机。进行机头、机械臂、回转操纵装置、前轮组、后轮组、气路系统等机构的设计计算。机械臂伸缩行程 85 0mm ,举升角 10°;机头前摆角 3 0°,后摆角 2 0° ;锤头冲击功 3 92J ,工作行程2 5 0mm ;活塞发动机额定转速 480r/min ,最大功率 2 2kW ;车体行驶速度 0~ 80m/min ,爬坡能力 8% ,最小转弯半径 2 2m ;机身回转角 2 70°;使用空气压力 0 4~ 0 6MPa ,耗气量 5m3/min。满足铝电解槽全机械化打壳的需要

【Abstract】 The new design of pneumatic shell breaker on the base of available one is described The pneumatic hammer, hammer holder, turning operation device, front axle group, rear axle group, pneumatic system are calculated and designed The adjustable distance of pneumatic hammer is 850mm, and elevatory angle is 10° The forward and backward pendular angles of hammer holder are 30° and 20° respectively The striking power of hammer holder is 392J, and the stroke is 250mm The specified rotating speed of piston engine is 480r/min, and the maximum power is 2 2kW The bodywork running speed is between 0 and 80m/min, and climbable ability is 8%, and the minimum turning radius is 2 2m The bodywork circumgyration angle is 270° The pressure of compressed air used in this machine is 0 4~ 0 6MPa, and the consumption is 5m 3/min The features and performance of pneumatic shell breaker suffice the requirements of aluminum cell automatically shell removing
