【Abstract】 Mr. Chen Yuan’s academic achievements cover a w id e range of fields, which include the relationship between introduced regions lik e Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity, Moni and Hui and Confucianism, the dominant c ultural element of the Chinese nation. He also discusses the influence of Buddhi sm on Chinese literature and art and the inter-absorption of good points from bo th Buddhism and the science of history.
