无损测温
Non-invasive temperature measurement
【摘要】 介绍了人体深部无损测温的一般原理和方法,并比较了它们的优缺点。热疗正在迅速成为一种标准的辅助治癌手段。长期以来,深部测温是温热治疗的难点。综合考虑功效和安全两方面,有必要在热疗温度变化的过程中实时地在空间1cm3范围内,至少感应到每1℃的温度变化。目前正在研究的有望替代有损测温方法的有电阻抗断层、X射线、核磁共振、超声波、微波等。本文最后指出,仪器测量结果和计算机值模拟相合是今后发展的一个方向。
【Abstract】 Non-invasive temperature measurement in deep body is hard to realize in heat treat-ment,which is becoming a kind of routine aid in the treatment of the cancer.For the safe and ef-fective treatment,it is necessary to observe the real-time temperature change at the precision of1℃in1cm3during the treatment.This paper introduces general principles and means of several methods for non-invasive temperature measurement,including EIT,X-CT,MBI,ultrasound,mi-crowave and so on.It is indicated that the combination of the measuring result and the computer simulation will be the development trend in the future.
