【Abstract】 The forest classified management division in a prefecture(or city) has been completed for the first time in China aften three and a half years′ study in Kunming,thus providing a foundation for the establishment of uniform technique indexes of classified management divison. The methods of integrated classification division, forest category plan bounding, six-grade power and responsibility dividing, high-tech classification and the model of technique procession of prefecture(or county) division have been put forward. The ways and means have changed the traditional methods, and turned the achievements into legal scrip for the judicial administration, and provided the typical example for the forest classified management division.更多还原
