【Abstract】 It is recorded that there are 200 million drug addicts all over the world and 901,ooo in China at the end of 2001. Due to the fierce harmfulness to the society, drug abuse is emphasized by the whole world. Drug abuse control is the top task in drug control in China. However, research on basic theory of drug abuse control is poor, the article will have an initial study on it and related conception and aim at proposing reference for establishing necessary theory of the field.更多还原
