碳酸钙级配填充引起聚丙烯剪切粘度降低的机理研究
The Study of Theory of Viscosity Decrease of PP Filled with CaCO3 by Different Size and Size Distribution
【摘要】 将粒径分别为 32 5目和 15 0 0目的CaCO3 粒子按照不同比例进行级配混合 ,并以质量分数为 30 %的填充比例填充聚丙烯 .通过对不同温度下的聚丙烯填充复合体系剪切粘度的测定 ,以阿累尼乌斯公式对上述结果进行处理 ,发现经过合理的级配可以有效地提高填充复合体系的流动活化熵 ,同时体系的流动活化能将有所上升 ,从能量的角度上解释了以往发现的级配对聚合物复合材料体系粘度的降低作用的机理 .还从颗粒填料的级配堆积作用的角度上对流动活化熵的降低原因作了进一步的理论解释 .
【Abstract】 Different sizes of calcium carbonates were blended according to different proportion and filled into polypropylene in 30?wt%. The shear viscosity of composites of different temperature was measured and the data were managed by Arrhenius formulae. The results showed that flow activation entropy increased by effective size gradation of filler and that flow activation energy increased too. The decrease of shear viscosity by effective size gradation of filler was explained by reason of field of energy. The further explanation of flow activation entropy decrease was made by effective stacking of filler with different size and size distribution.
