爆炸焊复合板热处理过程中的碳扩散计算
Calculation of Carbon Diffusion in the Course of Heat Treatment of Bands Explosively Welded
【摘要】 以高碳合金钢 8Cr13MoV与奥氏体不锈钢 30 4(0Cr19Ni9)三层爆炸复合板为例 ,在它的热处理过程中进行了碳扩散计算 .结合这些复合材料在制造刀、剪产品中的实际应用 ,分析了在热处理过程中 ,复合板焊接界面存在的碳扩散现象 ,并验证了热处理工艺 .计算表明碳扩散计算对热处理时间的确定有一定的指导意义
【Abstract】 The triple clad plates of high carbon alloy steel 8Cr13MoV and austenitic stainless steel are taken for example to study carbon diffusion in heat treatment.Combined with the practical application of the composite material in the producing cutleries and scissors products,the carbon diffusion of the interface in the course of rolling and heat treatment is analyzed.The results show that the calculation of carbon diffusion can be applied to select time of heat treatment.
