原位合成Cu-TiC复合粉末
Cu-TiC Composted Powder Fabricated in Situ-synthesis
【摘要】 原位合成的复合材料具有优良的性能 .利用反应球磨可以原位合成Cu -TiC复合粉末 ,用XRD技术证实了TiC的生成 ,并结合测温手段和金相技术论证了合成TiC的机械诱发自蔓延合成反应机理
【Abstract】 Materials prepared by in situ synthesis have fine performance.Cu/TiC composted powder were fabricated in situ synthesis by Reaction Synthesis Milling.Technique of XRD cofirmed that TiC have been prepared.Technique of XRD,temperature measuring and metal photograph demonstrated that reaction mechanism of synthesis TiC is mechanism of Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis induced by Mechanical Alloying.
