可燃性气体催化气敏元件工业化实验
Research of Industrial Experiment of Flammable Catalytic Gas Sensor
【摘要】 采用电解技术制备可燃性气体催化敏感元件 ,讨论了电解工艺与元件性能的关系 .测量了气敏元件的灵敏度、线性误差、零点稳定性、灵敏度稳定性等性能指标 ,与同类元件相比各项技术指标优良 .采用电解技术制备可燃性气体敏感元件成品率达到 90 % ,为工业化生产积累了重要的技术条件 .
【Abstract】 The preparation technology of catalytic gas sensors by electrolysis process for detecting flammable gases is introduced in this paper.The properties of catalytic sensors are tested.It is indicated that the catalytic gas sensors manufactured by electrolysis process possess excellent properties,and the ratio of quality products reaches 90%.
