【摘要】 城市化曾经是伴随工业化而出现和发展起来的 ,并同步又实现了城乡经济一体化。但中国的工业化却呈现出逆城市化的趋向 ,并且城市的发展水平在不同地区存在着重大差距 ,这就使农村劳动力的转移必须走一条符合中国国情的道路。按照市场经济发展的逻辑 ,从区域的基础现状和发展特点出发 ,逐步形成城镇互动的经济发展体系 ,分层次、有重点地分流剩余农村劳动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The urbanization has emerged and developed with the industrialization, and meanwhile realized the rural and urban economic integration. But China’s industrialization has gone against the trend of urbanization, and there is a big gap of urban economic development in different regions, which shows that the transfer of rural laborers should be suitable to China’s situations. We should, according to the market economic development, start with regional basic situations and their developing characteristics, make it formed step by step the economic development system of mutual promotion in cities and towns, and transfer the rural surplus laborers with gradation and stress.更多还原
