【摘要】 云南省虽然不断加大教育经费投入的力度 ,但教育支出占国民生产总值的比值始终偏低 ,既低于全国水平 ,也低于西部发达省区。如不改变这一现状 ,科教兴滇既不现实也不可能。只有切切实实增加教育经费才能从根本上改变我省“大”、“小”、“穷”的省情。更多还原

【Abstract】 Although it increases consistently the input of educational funds, Yunnan’s educational expenditure is lower in the proportion of GDP than either the whole country or the western developed provinces and regions. If such situation not changed, rejuvenating Yunnan by science and education is neither realistic nor possible. Only increasing conscientiously the educational funds could it change the real conditions of Yunnan: big, small and poor.更多还原
