【Abstract】 Honesty-credit is the base of the economic market, but still a rare resource in China. The lack of honesty-credit has something to do with the economic development. Through the institutional economics today, we can find principles to deal with the honesty-credit problems, and we will have a good comprehensive understanding of the ethical construction from the angle of the new institutional economics.
