【Abstract】 The open capital account is not a new topic in China. With the deepening reform of China’s economy, financial system and the open to the outside world, especially after China’s WTO accession, the control cost of the capital account would be rapidly raised and the open capital account would be realized sooner or later, but the timing for China is not ripe at present.更多还原
