【摘要】 一个新体制的形成必然会给社会生活的各个方面带来深刻变化。随着我国社会主义初级阶段理论和市场经济体制的确立 ,我国体育组织体系在近十年来的确发生了很大变化 ,这些变化一方面有力地激发了我国体育组织体系的活力 ,使体育事业得到突飞猛进的发展 ;另一方面由于正处在新旧体制转型期必然会产生许多新的矛盾和问题。如何在新的体制条件下尽快克服出现的矛盾和问题 ,以使我国体育组织体系的改革和建设跟上时代发展的步伐 ,本文主要从 :(1 )世界各国体育组织体系的现状 ;(2 )我国原有体育组织体系的状况 ;(3 )我国体育组织体系改革的趋势 ;(4 )当前及今后一个阶段我国体育组织体系改革的方向等几个方面对这一问题进行了分析和探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new system must bring great changes in every aspect of social lives.With the establishment of China’s initial socialist theory and economic market system,great changes have taken place in the P.E. organization system of China.These changes,on the one hand,stimulates China’s P.E. organization system with vitality and spurs China’s P.E. to advance by leaps and bounds;on the other hand,new contradictions and problems will inevitably emerge in the course of transfer of the old and new systems.How to overcome these in the new system and make P.E. reform and establishment keep pace with times?This paper probes this question from four aspects:(1)situation of world’s P.E. organization system;(2)situation of China’s former P.E. organization system;(3)trend of reform in China’s P.E. organization system;and(4)directions of China’s P.E. organization system reform at present and in the future.更多还原
