【Abstract】 This article introduces the effectiveness of YJPACS in clinical application. The main functions, features and the development treads of YJPACS in our hospital are also expounded. It has evidently improved the working efficiency in Radiology and its related administrative offices, conveniences the clinical work, scientific research, teaching and hospital consultation.
