【摘要】 目的 为了解 3,6 (二甲氨基 ) 二苯并碘杂六环葡萄糖酸盐 (IHC 93)对培养心肌细胞过氧化氢损伤有何保护作用。方法 在培养的SD乳鼠心肌细胞建立过氧化氢 (H2 O2 )损伤模型 ,观察对心肌细胞存活、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、丙二醛 (MDA)含量和心肌细胞超微结构的改变。结果 IHC 9310~ 80 μmol·L- 1呈浓度依赖地提高H2 O2 损伤心肌细胞的存活率和SOD活性 ,降低MDA含量 ,改善心肌细胞的超微结构。结论 IHC 93对H2 O2 损伤的心肌细胞具有直接保护作用 ,其作用机理可能与抗脂质过氧化反应有关。

【Abstract】 AIM To evaluate if there are protective effects of 3,6-dimethamidodibenzopyriodoni- um gluconate(IHC-93) on the cultured myocardial cells injured by H 2O 2. METHODS Effect of IHC-93 on H 2O 2 induced injury of myocardial cells was evaluated with MTT assay. The content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the culture medium were measured and the ultrastructure of cultured cardiomyocytes was observed. RESULTS IHC-93 (10-80 μmol·L -1 ) concentration-dependently increased the MTT value of myocardial cells and SOD activity in the medium, decreased the content of MDA in the medium. IHC-93 improved the ultrastructure changes induced by H 2O 2. CONCLUSION IHC-93 possesses a significant protection on the H 2O 2 injured myocardial cells, it may related to the inhibition of lipid peroxidation reaction and the elevation of the activity of antioxidant enzymes.
