【摘要】 目的 分析2000年河南省的真菌性角膜炎致病菌种类。方法 收集真菌性角膜炎患者的标本,Sabouraud’s琼脂培养基分离后,选择合适培养基培养,10%KOH湿封片观察鉴定。结果 共分离出真菌菌株 10属 90株,致病真菌以镰孢菌属最多(73．3%),尤以紫二孢镰孢菌最多见(18．9%)。结论2000年河南省的真菌性角膜炎以镰孢菌属最多,镰孢菌属的基础研究需进一步加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the spectrum of mycotic keratitis in Henan in 2000. Methods We collected the species of mycotic keratitis treated in Henan Institute of Ophthalmology between Mar 1,2000 and Nov 30,2000, isolating the fungus by Sabouraud’s agar to evaluate the fungi according to their characteristics on 10% KOH smear after transplantation. Results Organisms of 10 genuses and 90 species isolated from mycotic keratitis were found. Fusarium species were isolated most frequently(73. 3% ) ,and F. dimmer violaceum was the most common organism ( 18. 9% ). Conclusion The predominatant species of mycotic keratitis treated in our institute were Fusarium and the most common organism was F. dimmer violaceum. In order to evaluate the fungus more accuratly,much more work should be done in the ecology of Fusarium.更多还原
