【摘要】 目的研究水通道蛋白１（ＡＱＰ１）在正常大鼠眼组织视网膜中的分布。方法对正常Ｗｉｓｔａｒ鼠眼组织切片进行免疫酶组织化学方法染色，光镜观察。正常Ｗｉｓｔａｒ鼠肾脏的冰冻切片为阳性对照。结果ＡＱＰ１在正常Ｗｉｓｔａｒ鼠视网膜的内核层有明显表达，首次发现在神经节细胞层也有明显表达，阴性对照未见表达。结论ＡＱＰ１在视网膜的内核层及神经节细胞层的分布，可能ＡＱＰ１或ＡＱＰ１和ＡＱＰ４协同在高眼压和视网膜缺血状态下对维持视网膜神经细胞正常功能及细胞内外水电平衡起一定的调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the cellular expression of AQP 1 in the rat retina.Methods Cryosections of the Wistar rat eye were stained by immunocytochemistry using antisera agsinst AQP1.The positive control was the cyrosection of the Wistar rat kidney.ResultsAQP1 was heavily expressed in the inner nuclear cells and ganglion cells of the retina.The immunoreactivity of the kidney was located in the proximal tubules to confirm the specificity of the antisera against AQP1.ConclusionAQP1 is expressed in the retina and located in the inner nuclear and ganglion cells,predicting the possible role of AQP1 or AQP1 and AQP4 in maintaining the physiology of visional neural activity under the condition of high IOP and ischemia.更多还原
