氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中络合态锑
Determination of Complexible Antimony in Soil by Hydride Generation Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
【摘要】 采用酒石酸作提取剂,氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中络合态Sb(Ⅲ)和Sb(Ⅴ)。研究了氢化物发生原子荧光光谱测定土壤中络合态Sb(Ⅲ)和Sb(Ⅴ)的浸提和还原条件及对测定结果的影响。Sb(Ⅲ)和总Sb检出限分别为0.11μg/L和0.09μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)分别为5.4%和6.1%,加标回收率在82.5%~101.9%。
【Abstract】 A method for the determination of complexible Sb (Ⅲ) and Sb (Ⅴ) in soil by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HGAFS) is reported in this paper. The extraction condition of complexible Sb (Ⅲ) and Sb (Ⅴ) and the reducing condition of Sb (Ⅴ) to Sb (Ⅲ) are discussed. The detection limits of the method for Sb (Ⅲ) and Sb(total) are 0.11 μg/L and 0.09 μg/L respectively. The recoveries of standard addition for Sb (Ⅲ) and Sb(total) are 82.5%~101.9% with precision of 5.4% RSD and 6.1% RSD(n=11) respectively.
