顶空气相色谱法测定北京市地下水中的氯代烃

【摘要】 以国家标准方法和美国环保局 (EPA)方法为基础 ,建立用自动顶空进样器对饮用水中的氯代烃进行测定的方法 ,探讨了影响实验空白的因素 ,所拟方法的检出限为 :三氯甲烷 0 .0 96μg/L、四氯化碳 0 .0 3 4 μg/L ,三氯乙烯 0 .0 4 9μg/L ,四氯乙烯 0 .0 3 3 μg/L。方法回收率控制在82 %~ 1 0 6 % ,其相对标准偏差 (RSD ,n =7)小于 2 3 % ,符合国际有机污染物分析的标准 ,并用此方法对北京市地表水、地下水进行了测定。

【Abstract】 Based on the China National Standard methods and American EPA methods, a new method that can determine the chlorinated hydrocarbons in drinking water by GC with a headspace sampler was established. The factors that affect the experimental blanks and analyte recoveries were studied. The detection limits for trichloto methane, carbon tetrachloride, trichloto ethylene and tetrachloro ethylene are 0.096 μg/L, 0.034 μg/L, 0.049 μg/L and 0.033 μg/L respectively. The recovery range is from 82%~106% with precision of <23% RSD ( n =7). The method has been applied to the determination of these analytes in surfacewater and groundwater samples and the results are in agreement with those provided by international analytical methods
