【摘要】 目的 :探讨在实践中学习心电图 (ECG)的效果。方法 :在心内科 4周实习中 ,第 1周由心内科主治医生教会实习生操作ECG机 ,第 2周至第 4周由主任讲课 ,并要求实习生学会打ECG报告。结果 :第 1周 3 2 2位实习医生均学会了ECG操作 ;第 4周末全部实习医生都会打ECG报告。结论 :在实践中学习ECG是最好的办法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate effect of learning electrocardiogram(ECG) in practice.Methods:The course of practice of four weeks in the department of cardiovascular medicine,the visiting doctor of department of cardiovascular medicine instructed interns to operate machines of ECG at the first week,and then the physician in chief gave lesson in ECG for inerns,and we required interns to learn to send out reports of ECG.Result:The total interns of 322 learned to operate machines of ECG at the first week;and total intrns of 322 learned to send out reports of ECG at the forth week.Conclusion:It is better way to lern ECG in the practice.更多还原
