【摘要】 目的 :为了验证鸡骨草胶囊治疗急性肝炎的疗效。方法 :根据病情的纳入标准 ,选择 12 5例患者 ,随机分为治疗组 6 5例和对照组 6 0例进行临床观察。治疗组口服鸡骨草胶囊 ,每日 3次 ,每次 4粒 ,2 0天为一疗程 ,并同时进行对症治疗 ,对照组只进行对症治疗。两个疗程后统计疗效。结果 :治疗组临床痊愈 13例 ,显效 2 4例 ,有效 2 5例 ,无效 3例 ,总有效率 95 .38% ;对照组临床痊愈 7例 ,显效 2 0例 ,有效 2 3例 ,无效 10例 ,总有效率 83.33%。结论 :临床使用未发现明显毒副作用 ,疗效满意 ,是目前治疗急性肝炎比较理想的药物 ,值得推广使用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Herba Abri Capsule in the treatment of acute hepatitis.Methods:125 cases were divided randomly into two groups:65 cases in treatment group and 60 cases in control group.The patients in treatment group were orally taken Herba Abri Capsule (4 granule one time and 3 times a day,20 days made up a course),they were treated according to symptoms.The patients in control group were treated only according to symptoms.The clinical effects in two groups were satistical analyzed after two-course treatment.Results:In treatment group,13 cases were cured,24 cases had made effects,25 cases had effects and 3cases had no effects,the total effective rate was 95.38%.In control group,7 cases were cured,20 cases had made effects,23 cases had effects and 10 cases had no effects,the total effective rate was 83.33%.Conclusion:Herba Abri Capsule is effective and safe in the treatment of acute hepatitis.更多还原
