【摘要】 用LCD做空调遥控器显示 ,由于其外形及尺寸的限制 ,显示内容的复杂多样 ,使得布线空间狭小 ,走线困难 ,而产品功能要求越来越高 ,这些都造成此类LCD易出现显示对比度不良的现象。结合设计和生产中的实际情况分析了产生显示对比度不良现象的诸多原因 ,分别通过降低液晶阈值电压、调整电极走线电阻及寻求与LCD相匹配的驱动IC 3个方面加以改进 ,以期为今后的设计和生产提供参考更多还原

【Abstract】 LCD used in air conditioner remote controller was limited by its shape, size, various and complicated content, which usually causes narrow route space and difficult tracking. Its more and more perfect requirements for functions now have brought about bad contrast ratio in some of this kind of LCD. The main reasons were analyzed based on experiences in design and production, and some valuable improved methods on future design and production were given in this paper, such as decreasing V th , adjusting the routing resistance and seeking the suitable driver IC with LCD.更多还原
