【Abstract】 Vth is one of the most important parameters in LC material, it is designed mainly according to the driving method of LCD. Appropriate Vth is the guarantee for the quality of LCD. We should keep a constant Vth during manufacturing and processing to avoide such problems,such as poor contrast ratio or cross talk effect, etc. This article analyzes the factors of influence on Vth and the matters should be noticed in designing based on producing practice.更多还原
