【摘要】 对ＣＭＯＳ与ＣＣＤ图像传感器的特点及其在数码相机中的应用进行了讨论。着重研究了ＣＭＯＳ图像传感器芯片的应用及其发展前景，针对ＣＭＯＳ图像传感器的特点设计了一个完整的数码相机，并利用ＰＣ机中的图像处理软件处理和显示所拍摄的图片。

【Abstract】 CMOS image sensor is discussed in comparison with CCD image sensor on the application of digital still camera. The paper studies emphatically on the application and development foreground of CMOS image sensor. A complete digital still camera is also designed according to CMOS image sensor’ s feature, and adopting image-processing software the image is processed and displayed.
