【摘要】 提出了一种新型的先进气压式定量浇铸系统 ,并对此系统的结构原理与控制系统框图进行了分析。采用三种不同的控制方法 ,模拟测试了各自对浇注速度与精度的影响。与传统铸造方法相比 ,可以准确地控制浇注量 ,缩短浇注周期 ,有效地提高铸件的质量以及铸造生产率。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new and advanced pneumatic quantity casting system is presented and its structure principle and diagram of controlling system are analyzed. The casting speed and precision of three different control methods are mentioned. Comparing to traditional methods, this method can correctly control casting quantity and reduce casting preiod.
