微波作用下1,5-苯并硫氮杂棓-α-氨基-β-内酰胺衍生物的合成及晶体结构

【摘要】 甘氨酸N 端保护试剂邻苯二甲酰亚胺乙酰氯、1,5 苯并硫氮杂在三乙胺的存在下 ,用微波辐射合成了 5个1,5 苯并硫氮杂 α 氨基 β 内酰胺衍生物 ,反应在 6min内完成 ,产率较为满意 .X射线衍射分析确定了产物的立体结构 .结果表明 ,微波辐射下的反应为立体专一性反应 ,β 内酰胺环上的两个取代基位于环的同侧为顺式
【Abstract】 A series of β lactam derivatives of 1,5 benzothiazepines were synthesized by the reaction of 1,5 benzothiazepines with phthalimidoacetyl chloride under microwave irradiation conditions. The reactions were completed in 6 min with good yields. The configuration and conformation of the products were determined by X ray crystal analysis. The results reveal that the reaction under microwave irradiation conditions is stereospecific. The two substituents at the β lactam are cis to each other.
