【Abstract】 Six new 5-fluorouracil-porphyrin compounds were synthesized in 37%～45% yield. Their structures were estabilished by elemental analyses, IR, UV-vis, 1H NMR and MS spectra. The antitumor tests showed that the compound A3, A4 and A5 could inhibit Hela apparently.更多还原
