液相色谱/大气压化学电离飞行时间质谱分析氢化可的松中微量杂质

【Abstract】 High performance liquid chromatography atmosphere pressure chemical ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (HPLC APCI TOF MS) has been used for the analysis of impurities in hydrocortisonum. The technique of collision induced dissociation (CID) was applied to identify the structures of the impurities. It was proved to be simple, reliable and repeatable.
