【摘要】 环境影响评价制度作为我国环境管理的重要内容和有效途径 ,在协调经济发展和环境保护方面发挥了重要作用 .随着我国城市化和工业化进程不断加快 ,在许多经济开放地区正在兴建大量小型工业园项目 ,其环境影响评价工作兼具单个建设项目环评和区域环评的特点 ,具有一定的特殊性 .针对这类环评工作的需要 ,本文简单比较了单个建设项目、区域开发项目和小型工业园项目的建设特征及其环评特点 .并以深圳龙华工业园项目环境影响评价为例 ,简述小型工业园项目环评的特点和主要内容 ,提出在工业园项目环评中要增加污染物总量控制、招商引资建议和污染控制合同等内容 .为我国广大经济开放地区进行的工业园项目环评提供一定参考更多还原

【Abstract】 Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) plays an important role in harmonizing economic development and environmental protection in China. With the increase of urbanization and industrialization in China, there is a lot of small scale industrial areas building in economic opening regions. The EIA of small scale industrial area is different from the individual construction project EIA and regional EIA. Based on the comparison of three types of EIA, this paper introduces the characteristics and main contents of the small scale industrial area EIA through a case of Longhua industrial area in Shenzhen, and puts forward that Total Waste load Control, Investment Guide, Pollution Control Contract should be included in that EIA.更多还原
