1-[(2,3,4-三羟基苯)偶氮]-4-苯甲酸光度法测定浮法玻璃下表面渗锡量
Spectrophotometric determination of tin permeated into the lower surface of float glass with 1-[(2,3,4-trihydroxybenzene)azo]-4-benzoic acid
【摘要】 研究了新试剂 1 [(2 ,3 ,4 三羟基苯 )偶氮 ] 4 苯甲酸与锡的反应条件。在 0 2mol/L盐酸介质中 ,当乳化剂OP存在时 ,锡与试剂形成棕红色络合物 ,最大吸收波长在 482nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 2 86× 10 4 ,锡的浓度在 0~ 60 μg/ 2 5mL范围内符合比尔定律。反应选择性好 ,可不经分离直接测定浮法玻璃下表面渗锡量
【Abstract】 In this paper,conditions of the reaction of tin in float glass with 1 [(2,3,4 trihydroxybenzene)azo] 4 benzoic acid(TKAB) were studied In the presence of nonionic surfactant OP and in the medium of 0 2mol/L HCl,a brownish red complex is formed by tin with TKAB The maximum absorption wavelength is 482nm,and the apparent absorption coefficient is 2 86×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of concentration 0-60 0μg/25mL for tin The method has a good selectivity and has been applied to determine tin permeated in lower surface of float glass without separation
