甲基紫显色光度法测定食盐中微量碘
Spectrophotometric determination of micro iodine in salt with methyl violet
【摘要】 研究了碘酸根与甲基紫的氧化显色反应 ,建立了光度法测定微量碘的新方法。结果表明 ,在H2 SO4 -KBr介质中 ,碘酸根与甲基紫反应生成红色氧化产物 ,其最大吸收波长为 60 0nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 3 12× 10 4 。碘浓度在 0~ 5 0μg/2 5mL范围遵守比尔定律。本法用于测定加碘食盐中碘时 ,结果满意
【Abstract】 A spectrophotometric determination of iodine is presented The method is based on the color reaction of methyl violet oxidized by iodate in the medium of H 2SO 4 The maximum absorption is at 600nm Beer’s law is obeyed from 0 to 50μg/25mL of iodine The apparent molar absorptivity is 3 12×10 4L mol -1 cm -1 The method has been used for the determination of iodine in the salt with satisfactory results
