【Abstract】 The synthesis of a new color reagent 1 [2,3,5 [triazolyazo] 5 methyl 2 phenol(TZAMP)and its color reaction with cobalt have been studied The results show that cobalt reacts with TZAMP to form a stable red complex in aqueous solution at pH5 5,λ max =590 6nm The apparent molar absorptivity ε=2 58×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer′s low is obeyed in the range of 0-1 6mg/L for cobalt The molar ratio of cobalt to TZAMP in the complex is 1∶1 The proposed method has been applied to the determination of cobalt in sample with satisfactory results更多还原
