【Abstract】 Extrusion dies for aluminium shapes come from conventional designing are found difficult to give high percentage of qualified products. In this paper the predeformed designing method has been proposed, according to it, die holes should be predeformed with the direction opposite to that which tend to happen during extrusion practices. Qualified aluminium shapes are then arised and the percentage of up to standard products also increased.更多还原
