【摘要】 目的:评价镍钛抓髌器治疗髌骨骨折的生物力学特性及临床效果。方法:采集成年新鲜膝关节标本6具,制成髌骨骨折,用NiTi-PC和AO张力带固定,并测定其生物力学特性。结果:二种内固定在生物力学性能上无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:镍钛抓髌器具有优越的生物力学特性,手术操作简单,避免髌骨的部分切除,临床效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluation the biomemory characteristics of NiTI-patellar concentrator(NiTi-PC)in the treatment of patellar fracture and its results in clinical application.Methods:Six fresh adult specimen of knee were fixed with NiTi-PC and AO tensile band,The biomechanical properties of two kinds of internal fixation were tested and clinical results were evaluated.Result:No significant difference was found in the biomechanical properties between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:NiTi-PC has a good biomechanical characteristics and good results in the treatment of patellar fracture.更多还原
