物理技术在染整加工中的应用
Application of Physical Technology to Dyeing and Finishing Process
【摘要】 物理环保技术是减少污染的一种重要方法。在化纤生产中可采用原液染色技术以代替后道轧染或浸染 ,大幅度地减少污水 ,同时降低成本 ,减少能耗 ,可用于服装、服饰、鞋子、帐篷、携行具等方面 ,目前在军需材料生产中已得到广泛应用。利用电晕放电处理技术 ,处理纯毛或毛涤 ,染色时不仅可以大大降低染料用量 ,提高染料吸尽率 ,减少废水产生 ,同时可以降低染色温度 ,减少缩绒。此技术还可用于化纤改性。采用粘结纤维混纺制成的织物 ,由于是物理交联 ,没有游离甲醛污染 ,是解决纯棉、纯毛等织物抗皱的一个途径。此外 ,采用各种高性能纤维织制织物 ,以避免化学整理也可减少污染 ,如应用导电纤维等
【Abstract】 Physicoenvironmental technology is an important method to lessen the pollution. During the synthetic fiber production, spun dyeing technology replacing the downstream padding or immersion features the cost and energy consumption reduction. It is popularly used for military materials, shoes, tents and so on. Corona discharge technology treating pure wool or wool polyester fabrics enables dye reduction and dye uptake improvement, and waste water, dyeing temperature and milling decrease. This technology is also used in synthetic fiber modification. At present, the popular "green apparel" requires low formaldehyde, fab rics blended with tacky fiber is a good way to solve the crease resistant problem, as it is physical crosslinking without chemical pollution. Adopting high performance fiber such as conductive fiber is a green way to avoid the chemical pollution.
