【摘要】 UVA2是适用于棉织物的反应性紫外线吸收剂 ,能吸收 2 4 0～ 35 0 nm区域的紫外线 ,并具有优良的耐洗性。本文对 UVA2与活性染料同浴染色整理的工艺进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,UVA2适合与 K型和 M型活性染料同浴使用 ,整理后织物在 UVB区域的紫外线屏蔽率达 85 %以上 ,且与未整理样品相比色差较小 ,具有良好的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 UVA2 is a reactive UV absorber, which is suitable for cotton fabric, can strongly absorb the UV rays ranging from 240 nm to 350 nm, as well as has excellent durability to washing. Through investigating the dyeing and finishing process in one bath of UVA2 and reactive dye, the results show that UVA2 can combine with the K type and M type reactive dyes in one bath, the fin ished fabric can shield more than 85% UV rays in the scope of UVB, the color difference of treated fabric is small.
