纳米氧化锌在水中的分散行为及其应用
Dispersion and Application of Nano-Size ZnO
【摘要】 研究纳米 Zn O在水中的分散行为 ,重点讨论了 p H值、分散剂种类及其用量对体系稳定性的影响。采用 Zeta电位、沉降实验和粒度分析等测试手段 ,对纳米 Zn O微乳液的性状进行表征。结果表明 ,p H值为 10时 ,添加 A类分散剂 ,微乳液中的 Zn O粒径在 10 0 nm以下的颗粒体积 ,超过了颗粒总体积的 93%。以此微乳液对涤棉织物进行抗紫外线整理 ,整理后织物对紫外线的屏蔽率达到 99.4 %以上。
【Abstract】 The dispersion properties of nano size ZnO in water have been studied. The effects of pH value and dispersants on the system have been discussed. The Zeta potential, sedimentation experiments, particles size analysis have been used to characterize the suspension. The results indicated that the nano ZnO suspension with highly dispersibility and stabilization can be obtained by treating with a dispersant under pH=10. The volume of particles below 100 nm exceed 93%. The cotton fabrics finished with the nano ZnO suspension has increased anti ultraviolet property.
