【摘要】 目的　观察氢氧化钙作为根充材料对于隐裂伴根周病变诱导根周封闭消除炎症的疗效。方法　诱导根充组 (A组 )与常规根充组 (B组 )各 4 2颗后牙 ,确诊后备洞扩根管及超声预备后一次根充 ,A组用氢氧化钙甘油糊 ,B组用碘仿糊。术后 3个月及 1年观察临床表现及X线片PAI指数。结果　术后 1年治愈率、有效率、无效率分别为 :A组85 71%、 16 6 6 %、 11 90 % ,B组 4 0 4 7%、 35 71%、2 3 80 %。结论　氢氧化钙根充治疗隐裂伴根周病变疗效优于常规根充方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objecti ve To observe the therapeutic effect of calcium hydroxide as root canal fil ling paste used to eliminate inflammation in the treatment of subfissure with pe riodontal lesion. Methods Induced periodontal blockade and standa rd periodontal blockade were used in two groups (A and B) consisting of 42 affec ted posterior teeth each. Calcium hydroxide glycerin paste was administered to g roup A and indoform paste to group B. The observation was performed 3 months to 1 year after operation in terms of clinical menifestation and X ray PAI index. Results One year after operation, the cure rate, effective rate and ineffective rate for group A is 81 71%, 16 66% and 11 90% respectively; a nd for group B, 40 47%, 35 71% and 23 80%. Conclusion Calcium hydroxide root canal filling paste is superior to indoform peste in treating su bfissure with periodontal lesion.更多还原
