【摘要】 目的　探讨特异性神经元抗体 (SNA)对小细胞肺癌(SCLC)早期诊断的价值。方法　采用亲合免疫细胞组织化学ABC法对 90例高度怀疑为SCLC的患者血清进行检测 ,再用细胞学及病理学检查结果对上述病例进行分类 ,并分析二者间相互关系及其临床意义。结果　在 90例可疑患者中 ,34例患者血清与正常人大脑冰冻切片中所有神经元细胞核形成均匀染色 ,血清SNA阳性 ;5 6例患者血清与神经元细胞核无染色 ,血清SNA阴性。 72例患者为SCLC ,且全部为局限期 ,其中 31例 (43% )患者血清SNA阳性 ;18例患者为非SCLC ,其中 3例 (17% )患者血清SNA阳性 ;SCLC组SNA阳性率同非SCLC组阳性率差异有统计学意义 (χ2 =4 2 7,P <0 0 5 )。正常对照组血清无染色 ,全部为阴性。结论　SNA可以作为SCLC早期诊断的一项指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the early diagnosis val ue of specific neuronal antibody (SNA) in small cell lung cancer(SCLC). Methods 90 suspect and undiagnosed SCLC patients were selected for the study. First, SNA was detected using immunohistochemistry ABC methods. Second, the patients were classified according to cellular and pathological examinations. Third, the clinical value and the relationships between the results of immunohistochemistry and the results of cellular and pathological examinations were discussed. Results The sera of 34 patients reacted with the frozen sections of normal human cerebra and got stained with indirect immunoperoxisase methods; while no reaction happened with the sera of the other 56 patients. 72 patients were diagnosed as SCLC by cellular and pathological examinations. Among the SCLC patients, 43% were SNA sero positive; while of the non SCLC patients, only 17% were positive. The difference between these two groups was statistically significant. No normal control group member was tested SNA positive. Conclusions Specific neuronal antibody may be used as a new indicator for early diagnosis of SCLC.更多还原
