应用SCID小鼠观察外源性超抗原SEC治疗人胶质瘤

【摘要】 目的 评估外源性超抗原SEC对胶质瘤的体内杀伤效果。方法 建立人脑胶质瘤的动物模型和人外周血淋巴细胞 SCID小鼠免疫嵌合模型 ,观察SEC对胶质瘤的抑制作用及分离并计数肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞。结果 SEC对胶质瘤的生长有较强的抑制率 ,并能激活淋巴细胞产生大量的肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞。结论 作为一种免疫增强剂 ,SEC具有良好的抗瘤前景

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of external superantigen SEC against human glioma. Methods The inhabitation effect of SEC against glioma was observed and the number of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes was calculated by establishing animal model of human glioma and human peripheral blood lymphocyte severe combined immunodeficiency mice immunity chemeric model. Results SEC can inhabit glioma effectively from growing and stimulate production of a large number of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes. Conclusion Superantigen SEC can be used as an anti tumor immunity regulation agent for glioma immunotherapy
