【摘要】 目的　研究角膜缘松弛切开术对角膜散光的矫治作用 ,试图从临床应用的角度为散光治疗寻求一种简便易行、安全可靠的新方法。方法　对 12例 (12眼 )角膜散光≥2 5 0D ,其中手术源性散光 5例 ,非手术源性散光 7例 ,根据角膜最高屈折力径线位置 ,在角膜缘标记切口长度 ,用瑞士迈高金刚石刀以角膜陡峭径线为轴 ,在角膜缘Vogt栅栏区前沿标记做一对弧形切口 ,深度为 6 0 0～ 6 5 0 μm ,长度按每矫正 1D需 2mm计算切开。结果　 12例术前裸眼平均视力 0 2 5± 0 0 9,术后视力提高至 0 78± 0 18;术前角膜散光为 (3 4 4± 0 5 7)D ,术后散光度下降至 (0 6 0± 0 2 7)D ,平均下降 2 84D。结论　角膜缘松弛切开术是一种安全简捷、行之有效的角膜散光矫治术式更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of limbal relaxing incisions for correcting astigmatism and attempt to find a new surgical method Method Twelve cases of corneal astigmatism were performed with limbal relaxing incisions A pair of incisions were performed at the steep meridian of limbus, incision 600 to 650 μm in depth and 6 to 10 mm in length according to incise 2 mm for correcting 1 D of astigmatism Results The uncorrected visual acuity improved from 0 25±0 09 before operation to 0 78±0 18 after operation; corneal astigmatism decreased from (3 44±0 57) D before oparation to (0 60±0 27) D after operation; reducing astigmatism 2 84 D on average after treatment Conclusion Relaxing incisions at limbus is a safe and effective surgical method for correcting astigmatism更多还原
