【摘要】 目的　探讨吻合器痔切除术在临床上的应用。方法　在 4例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期痔病患者中应用吻合器痔切除术 ,并随访患者术后的满意度。结果　手术时间为 13～ 2 5min ,术后均无疼痛 ,无严重手术并发症发生 ,患者满意度为 10 0 %。结论　吻合器痔切除术是一项治疗脱出性痔的新技术 ,具有手术时间短、术后疼痛轻微、患者恢复快等优点 ,且近期疗效令人满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application of the stapled hemorrhoidectomy in the patients with the prolapsed internal hemorrhoids. Methods Four patients with the stage Ⅲ, Ⅳ of the internal hemorrhoids underwent the stapled hemorrhoidectomy and were followed up postoperatively for more than three months. Results The operation time ranged from 13 minutes to 25 minutes. No intolerable pain and severe complications occurred postoperatively and the satisfied rate was 100%. Conclusion The stapled hemorrhoidectomy is a new surgical technique for treating prolapsed hemorrhoids with the advantages of the short operating time, less postoperative pain, a quick postoperative recovery and a satisfying short-term result.更多还原
