【摘要】 目的　研究城镇社区老年人自我保健状况及相关因素 ,更好地做好老年人的保健工作。方法　对福建省部分城镇社区 837名 6 0岁及以上的老年人进行访谈调查。结果　被调查的老年人中采取自我保健的有 77 2 % ,自我保健的方式主要是生活有规律 ,其次为体育锻炼。其相关因素为文化程度、经济状况与健康自我感觉。结论　应积极倡导老年人实行自我保健 ,并采取力所能及的方式 ,强化健康教育在老年人自我保健中的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the self-care situation and its correlative factors of the aged in urban area in order to improve self-care.Methods A total of the aged over sixty were investigated in Fujian urban area.Results 77.2% the aged carried out self-care.The way of self-care were mainly regular life and physical training.Conclusions The aged self-care should be initated further.The health education should be strengthened in self-care of the aged.更多还原
