重庆某煤矿配煤炼焦试验研究
Experimental Study of Coal Blending for Coking in a Mine in Chongqing
【摘要】 重庆某煤矿开采的四种煤,以气煤为主,主焦煤硫含量偏高。为合理利用地方资源,采用不同配煤比与不同装煤方式的炼焦工艺,设计了20个配煤方案;用5kg试验小焦炉炼焦,对配煤方案进行优选。得出在炼焦煤种不齐全的情况下,采用不同的配煤方案炼焦,可以生产优质冶金焦的结论。
【Abstract】 Gas coal dominates in four kinds of coking coal produced in a certain mine in Chongqing City,and the major coking coal is characterized by a comparatively high content of sulphur.Twenty coal blending schemes are developed with different coal blending ratios and varied coaling methods.By means of the coking experiment in a 5kg coke oven,the best coal blending scheme has been determined.It’s concluded that,in the situation where the varieties of coking coal are not adequate enough,the adoption of different coal blending schemes can also help produce quality furnace coke
