岩峰白云石性能分析及镁钙砂合成
Analysis of Yanfeng Dolomite Material and Synthesis of High-calcium Magnesite Clinker
【摘要】 采用化学分析、X射线衍射、光学显微镜分析、扫描电镜、探针和差热失重分析等手段对湖北大冶灵乡镇岩峰白云石原料进行了化学、矿物及热物理性能分析。研究结果表明 ,岩峰白云石属于高纯细结晶的优质白云石 ,是生产镁钙砂的优质原料。以岩峰白云石为原料研制的合成镁钙砂 ,在 1 65 0℃下煅烧 ,其体积密度可达 3 .3 0kg/cm3 以上。
【Abstract】 The chemical composition, mineral structure and thermal physical performance of Yanfeng dolomite have been researched by chemical analysis, X ray diffraction analysis, optical microscope analysis, SEM analysis, electron micro probe analysis and differential thermal analysis. The results show that the Yanfeng dolomite mineral is a kind of high calcium dolomite. Because of its high purity and fine crystal, it is the ideal raw material for producing high calcium magnesite clinker. Experiments show that the bulk density of synthesized high calcium magnesite clinker is more than 3.30g/cm 3 when the synthesized temperature is at 1650℃.
