纳米β-Ni(OH)2与球型Ni(OH)2的热性能比较研究
Comparison of Thermal Performance Between Nanophase β-Ni(OH)2 and Spherical Ni(OH)2
【摘要】 用配位沉淀法合成出纳米级 Ni(OH) 2 ,并对其进行 XRD、TEM、DSC分析 ,分析结果表明 ,所得纳米β- Ni(OH) 2 为可用作电极材料的 β- Ni(OH) 2 ,粒径为 30~ 4 0 nm,且热分解温度比普通球镍低 10°C左右 ,摩尔分解热比普通球镍低 4~ 7k J,从理论上分析了产生此现象的原因。
【Abstract】 nanophase β Ni(OH) 2 was prepared by co precipitation,and analyzed by means of XRD,TRD,TEM and DSC.The results showed that the sample prepared in the experiment can be used as active material β Ni(OH) 2 for the nickel electrode,with the grain sizes of 30~40 nm.The decomposed temperature of the sample is 10 °C below that of spherical Ni(OH) 2,and the decomposed heat per mole is 4~7 kJ below that of the latter.The reasons resulted in this phenomena are discussed theoretically.
