计算机图像处理技术在晶粒度测量中的应用
Crystal Particle Grade Measurement Through Computer Image Process
【摘要】 讨论了采用计算机图像处理和分析技术进行晶粒度定量测量的方法 ,介绍了对晶粒度进行定量测量的设计思想以及具体测试过程 ,为工厂的现有生产和新产品的试制提供了准确、快速的理化定量分析手段 ,有效地保证产品质量 ,使理化检测水平提高到一个新的水平
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a method of measuring crystal particle grade through Quantitative Metallurgical Image Analysis System.The authors discussed the theory and the course to measure,providing a fast and precise tool of physical and chemistry analysis to factories′ current production and new product research,and efficiently ensures product quality and upgrade the level of physical and chemistry test.
